And both iOS and Mac are using the same account?

No that wouldn’t be the issue.

Does iCloud normally work for you?

A less ideal way would be to manually create a backup zip from the Inclrs backup features. And then open it between the devices.

If you normally get iCloud to sync it should also work with Inclr
